Amba Haldi is cultivated in India for its application in medicine and is native to the eastern Himalayan region. It is apparently a seasonal plant and is only available during the monsoon season unless it is cultivated. It contains protein, fatty acids, minerals, curcumin, vitamin A and carbohydrates and also has strong antibiotic properties as well as anti-inflammatory properties . It is used for skin primarily in India. It is known for protecting our skin from atmospheric pollution, wrinkles and bacteria. It imparts resistance against allergies of throat, nose and trachiobranchital passage. It helps in skin pigmentation, known to block excess melanin production and treats pimples, acne and black heads. It helps prevent and slow the growth of unwanted superfluous hair. It is an anti-dote to snake bite. How to use: External Usage: (12 Years and Above) Mix 2 teaspoons with rosewater or milk. Mix into a Smooth Paste. Apply on your face and leave for approx. 2 Hours.
